The Tanzania AB Top Mamsera single origin coffee is a Bourbon and Kent varietal mix, which is processed using a Fully Washed method. This particular coffee is medium bodied with an orange acidity with a medium body and winey mouthfeel. It features notes of red grapes with hints of chocolate and raisins.

 

Brewing Recommendations for Tanzania AB Top Mamsera

 

The Tanzania AB Top Mamsera single origin coffee is a fruity and medium bodied coffee that works particularly well in filter brew methods, such as Pour Over or Plunger, and particularly nice as an espresso.

Espresso Recipe

 

The Tanzania AB Top Mamsera single origin coffee has a medium body and a bright orange acidity, and has a winey mouthfeel. The aroma is very reminiscent of chocolate, which also comes through in the finish, and present plenty of sweet raisins and red grapes.

French Press Recipe 

 

The Tanzania AB Top Mamsera produces more body and heaviness in the mouthfeel than the Chemex, and the acidity becomes quite zesty as it cools - lots of citric flavours. The aroma is full of raisins and currants.

Time: 2:30 mins

Temperature: 90 C

Bloom: 50g for 30 secs

Chemex Recipe  

 

The Tanzania AB Top Mamsera single origin works wonderfully as a Chemex. It starts quite bright with light grape and citric fruit flavours. The aroma also features raisins and dark chocolate and there is a hint of currants as it cools.

Time: 2 mins

Break: Break at 180g/1min

Temperature: 90 C

Bloom: 40g for 30 secs

Grind Level: Paper Filter / Medium-Coarse
