Brewing Recommendations for Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Peaberry

The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Peaberry single origin coffee is a bright, medium bodied coffee that works particularly well as a filter coffee, such as Pour Over or Chemex. In espresso it comes through quite smooth and mild with milk, served best as a piccolo, and produces a more robust flavour as a black coffee. Plunger and AeroPress also produce a nice and easy-drinking coffee.
