This free software enables cashless payment and requires no additional equipment such as coin checkers or card readers, or even a downloadable app. With Pocket Pilot 2.0, you can also monitor and manage all connected coffee machines and customise the system to suit your needs. In short, Pocket Pilot 2.0 is probably the easiest, most flexible and most cost-effective accounting and management system for JURA automatic coffee machines.

Simple – no external hardware required

Pocket Pilot 2.0 allows both cashless payment and central machine monitoring without any additional infrastructure. It uses Payment Connect, which links the coffee machine with a mobile device. This is easy to install in the coffee machine. Pocket Pilot 2.0 is free, webbased and requires no software installation. Once you have created a JURA Pocket Pilot account, you have access to a comprehensive, user-friendly management system.

Cashless mobile payment

Nowadays, many people prefer the convenience of contactless payment using a smartphone. When you scan the QR code on the machine's display, Pocket Pilot 2.0 opens and connects to the device. Now you can select your beverage and pay in the payment window using your preferred payment method. Once the transaction is complete, your chosen speciality is prepared automatically. It's that simple: scan, pay, enjoy. Pocket Pilot 2.0 supports Stripe, Alipay, Worldline and GlobalPay payment systems.

Central monitoring and management

With Pocket Pilot 2.0, you can keep track of all your JURA coffee machines in one place and manage them conveniently and remotely. The dashboard can be fully customised to your requirements. There are five different modes to cover all business models. Pocket Pilot 2.0 displays a range of useful statistics, monitors revenue and provides user management functions. You also have the option of changing the price per cup, the available specialities and their recipes – all from a central point.

Free Shipping Policy Free shipping applies to orders that include 1kg of coffee (this is a total, so your order could include 2x 500g bags of coffee or 4x 250g bags of coffee, etc. but total on the order must be 1kg) AND the order comes to $60.00 or more. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to some locations.

Australian delivery is available to all areas via Australia Post. Crema Coffee Garage posts all orders within 1 - 2 business days of ordering ‘In Stock’ items. Items not in stock at time of ordering will ship within 1 - 2 business days of arriving at out warehouse.

Australian delivery times may vary depending on where you live as well as the demand on the Australia Post network. Most Australia Post deliveries arrive within five business days of the shipping date. Order containing multiple items may be shipped from multiple locations, which means you may receive multiple deliveries. 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid, including warranty claims.

All warranty claims must be returned to the store of purchase for assessment prior to issuing a replacement or refund.
