Aillio

Aillio focuses on solving problems associated with roasting coffee to save its users time, money, and headaches. They design environmentally-friendly high-tech roasters that offer better data and more control across the entire roasting process. 

They are based in Taiwan where they build their roasters, but their founders are twin brothers from Denmark and say that Danish culture has deeply influenced both their design process and their office culture. The twins Jonas and Jacob Lillie are now joined by a staff of over twenty people, with offices in Bangkok, Copenhagen, and of course Taipei.
