1. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Rate We have a flat shipping fee of $9.90AUD which covers shipping Australia wide.

Free Shipping Policy Free shipping applies to orders that include 1kg of coffee (this is a total, so your order could include 2x 500g bags of coffee or 4x 250g bags of coffee, etc. but total on the order must be 1kg) AND the order comes to $60.00 or more. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to some locations.

Australian delivery is available to all areas via Australia Post. Crema Coffee Garage posts all orders within 1 - 2 business days of ordering ‘In Stock’ items. Items not in stock at time of ordering will ship within 1 - 2 business days of arriving at out warehouse.

Australian delivery times may vary depending on where you live as well as the demand on the Australia Post network. Most Australia Post deliveries arrive within five business days of the shipping date. Please contact us at [email protected] for details of any delivery not received within seven days of order confirmation.

Outside of Australia We do not ship outside of Australia. If you have any questions about international delivery, please email us at [email protected].

Order containing multiple items may be shipped from multiple locations, which means you may receive multiple deliveries. 


2. Ordering and Shipping Process

Once you have placed your order and completed payment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the item purchased, your details and your order number. Please make sure you have checked your Spam/Junk folder. If you have not received the email, contact [email protected] immediately.

Items in stock will be shipped within the following 1 - 2 business days of receiving payment for your order. Please note that our online and physical stores are managed and controlled separately and that not all stock will be available at every store. Please check with the store if it is available before arriving.

Items not in stock will be ordered once payment is received and shipped within 1 - 2 business days after the item has been received at our warehouse from the supplier.

You will receive a shipping notice with a tracking number once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please make sure you have checked your Spam/Junk folder. If you have not received the email, contact [email protected] immediately.

A signature may be required upon delivery. Please make sure you check the estimated time of arrival for your item and are available to sign for it upon delivery. Otherwise, the item will be taken back to the nearest Australian Post office or depot. With Australia Post deliveries, you should receive notification from Australia Post directly and at this time can request for your delivery to be left or rerouted.


2. Returns, Refund and Warranty Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Site, so we have a 14 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site, and the products are in as-new condition and in their original packaging, please contact us via our contact us page within 14 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items and how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of the ship date to the store in which it was purchased:

- Items must be returned in original as-new condition, including their original packaging.

- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

- All return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid, including warranty claims.

- All product and equipment warranty claims must be returned to the store of purchase (see store addresses below) for assessment prior to issuing a replacement or refund. Please contact [email protected] immediately about all warranty claims.

- Additional banking, restocking or repatriation costs (i.e. up to 10% restocking fee) may apply on returns.

- Items purchased online can be exchanged at Crema Coffee Garage Stores with proof of purchase, providing the above criteria is met.

- If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the Site or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit, once the above criteria has been fulfilled; at the discretion of Crema Coffee Garage.

3. Where to Return Your Item

Please contact [email protected] immediately about all returns and warranty claims prior to shipping.

Returning items purchased NSW, VIC, SA, NT, WA, ACT, TAS are to be returned to:

Crema Coffee Garage NSW, 62 Broadmeadow Road, Broadmeadow NSW 2292.

Returning items purchased QLD are to be returned to:

Crema Coffee Garage QLD, 240 South Pine Road, Enoggera QLD 4051
