1. Shipping and Delivery Within Australia
Australian delivery is available to all areas via Australia Post. Crema Coffee Garage roast and post all orders on the day of order, or the next day in most cases, your delivery will arrive within 5 days of the postage date. Please contact us at [email protected] for details of any delivery not received within seven days of order confirmation.
Outside of Australia If you would like to order items to be delivered outside of Australia, please email us at [email protected] for quote on shipping and estimated delivery time.
2. Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Site, so we have a 14 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site for any reason, please contact us via our contact us page for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items and how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of the ship date to the office in which it was purchased:
Purchases made outside of QLD:

Purchases made in QLD:
Crema Coffee Garage QLD, Unit 9/43 Lang Parade, Milton QLD 4064
- Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition, including all original packaging.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
- Items purchased online can be exchanged at Crema Coffee Garage Store.
- Additional restocking or repatriation costs may apply.
If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the Site or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit, once the above criteria has been fulfilled.
