The Expobar Office Minore IV Coffee Machine is a dual boiler espresso maker with a single group head and features two 2000 watt elements!
Using two 1.5 litre boilers with their own 2000 watt heating elements means this model is able to heat quicker than other models, as the temperatures for steam/hot water and the brewing water can heat individually. The boilers are made of copper and brass for durability and customer peace of mind.
The commercial EB61 group uses a PID (proportional-integral-derivative) controller, which allows you to separately control the temperature of the brew boiler. The PID temp controller gives you greater control over your extraction, as you are able to set the extraction temperature to produce exceptional flavours and aromas from your beans. The PID controller ensures greater temperature stability compared to other models, able to maintain set temperatures and minimises the drop in temperature as it’s highly sensitive and switches faster, allowing the machine to turn the heating element on and off more responsively than a traditional pressure switch.
The Expobar Office Minore IV Coffee Machine also allows you to set the pressure on the steam boiler is controlled by an adjustment pressure stat that can adjusted up to 1.4 bar steam pressure for more steam velocity.
The machine comes standard with a vibrating pump and is fitted with a pump pressure regulator which is adjustable externally to maximize your control over the extraction pressure (comes set at 12bar).
The body is made of 2mm thick stainless steel for ultimate durability and is easy for user to keep clean. It features a large drip tray made of stainless steel as well, which comes in a larger size so you don’t need to empty it all the time.
