The ECM Technika is a similar coffee machine by way of aesthetics to the ECM Elektronika, with one difference being that the Technika is lever activated, where the Elektronika is volumetric.
A difference between the new Technika and previous coffee machines is that they don’t have rotary valves for the steam and hot water, instead, we're looking at lever activation.
The Technika V Profi’s lever action is designed to be easier to texture the milk thanks to the north-south-east-west lever function, so there's no chance of over tightening or under tightening your steam down and in turn with that there's more control of the steam.
The Technika V Profi also features an internal rotary pump and motor, stainless steel boiler 1351 watt element, inbuilt water tank or you can switch it over and run it off main water.
It also features self-balance handles, a chrome tip on the Lavetta as well as stainless steel feet on the machine.
The patented stainless steel plunger inside the group means no calcium can form, meaning maintenance on this coffee machine is a lot less frequent and much easier.
The cool touch steam wand and hot water wand means you can use these safely and confidently without fear of burning yourself.
