Care Instructions:

Your Felt Sleeve is a natural and high-quality product made using 100% premium merino lambswool.
The lanolin present in the wool and the density of the material make it naturally resistant to dirt.

In the event, your Felt Sleeve does get dirty, simply clean it with a damp cloth or soft brush.

For more stubborn stains, use a small amount of wool detergent or wool shampoo.

After washing your Sleeve, re-shape it, lay it flat on a towel, and allow to dry at room temperature.

Shipping Rate We have a flat shipping fee of $9.90AUD which covers shipping Australia wide.

Free Shipping Policy Free shipping applies to orders that include 1kg of coffee (this is a total, so your order could include 2x 500g bags of coffee or 4x 250g bags of coffee, etc. but total on the order must be 1kg) AND the order comes to $60.00 or more. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to some locations.

Australian delivery is available to all areas via Australia Post. Crema Coffee Garage posts all orders within 1 - 2 business days of ordering ‘In Stock’ items. Items not in stock at time of ordering will ship within 1 - 2 business days of arriving at out warehouse.

Australian delivery times may vary depending on where you live as well as the demand on the Australia Post network. Most Australia Post deliveries arrive within five business days of the shipping date. Please contact us at [email protected] for details of any delivery not received within seven days of order confirmation.

Outside of Australia We do not ship outside of Australia. If you have any questions about international delivery, please email us at [email protected].

Order containing multiple items may be shipped from multiple locations, which means you may receive multiple deliveries. 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid, including warranty claims.

All warranty claims must be returned to the store of purchase for assessment prior to issuing a replacement or refund.
