Wests Group Level 1 Coffee Collective Promotion Sponsored by Crema Coffee Garage

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

1. Who can enter? Entry is open to current full Wests members who are 18 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and venues associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. This promotion is limited to Venues in New South Wales that have been invited by the Promotor to participate (“Participating Venue”). Participating venues are located on Wests New Lambton Level 1 dining precinct and include Chophouse Grill, Lure Restaurant, Emerald Gardens and Chocolate Café. Promotion not run at Wests Mayfield, Wests City, Wests Cardiff or Wests Nelson Bay.

2. Promotion Period: The promotion commences at 09.00am AEST (New South Wales time) on Wednesday 1st May 2019 where participants can drop their entry tickets into the barrel and closes for entry into the draw at 17.00pm AEST (New South Wales time) on Wednesday 31st July 2019 (“Promotional Period”).

3. How do you enter? To enter, you must be a full Wests member and purchase a coffee inspired cocktail or dessert at participating venues to receive an entry. Member must place an entry into the specially marked container at Chophouse Grill, Wests New Lambton by the end of the promotional period.

4. How do you receive an entry ticket? Upon ordering, the participant will receive one (1) entry ticket per coffee inspired menu item to place into the container.

5. How many times can you enter? Multiple entries are permitted during the promotional period.

6. The draw: The prize draw will take place at Wests New Lambton at 17.30pm AEST (New South Wales time) on Wednesday 31st July 2019. One ticket will be pulled from the container to determine the prize winner. Prize winner does not need to be present at the draw in order to claim the prize. Once the draw has taken place the winner will be notified via phone.

7. Prize Details: The following prize is available to be won at the end of the Promotion Period; one (1) Jura ENA Micro 90 Coffee Machine (RRP $1,299.00), one (1) Jura Glass Milk Container (RRP $39.90), one (1) Milk Tubing(RRP $12.10), one (1) CLARIS Blue Water Filter (RRP $20.00), one (1) 6 pack of 2-Phase Cleaning Tablets (RRP $24.90), one (1) Milk Line Cleaner 250mL (RRP $12.99), one (1) voucher for Free Service in the first 12 months (RRP $295.00) and 3 months of Free Coffee (250g per fortnight of any standard blend) (RRP $75.60).

8. Total Prize Value: Total RRP value of prize is $1,779.49. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Notification: Winners will be notified on Wednesday 31st July 2019 by phone. Winners name will be available from the Wests New Lambton Helpdesk.

10. Winner: The winner must provide evidence which, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, demonstrates that they are the winner and are eligible to enter and has complied with these terms and conditions.

11. Claiming Prize: In the event any prize remains unclaimed within 7 days of the draw, the Participating Venue reserves the right to distribute any such prize to its loyal customers in its absolute discretion. All prizes must be claimed and collected in person by the winner at their own cost.

12. Prize: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of third party prize suppliers, including any other third-party providers (“Third Party Providers”).

13. Variation / Cancellation: Prizes are not for resale value. If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the
relevant authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.

14. Liability and Release: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law. All entrants release from, and indemnify the Promoter against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in this Promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

15. Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entrant who forged, manipulated or tampered with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who does not provide all information requested on the entry form, where applicable. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter; whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion or otherwise preventing the conduct of the promotion as intended by the Promoter. In the event of such problems or conduct, then the Promoter may (where necessary with approval from the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.

16. Use of any information provided: by entering this promotion, each entrant consents to the Promoter using their name, image, entry, and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

17. Privacy: All entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. 18. Prize Supplier: The Prize Supplier is Crema Coffee Garage (ABN 55 102 756 434) at 62 Broadmeadow Rd, Broadmeadow NSW 2292.
