The Premium Coffee Subscription is a simple and highly flexible arrangement to get 250g or 500g of Crema Coffee Garage's unique award winning coffees delivered to your door every week, fortnight or month!

CREMA TREKKERS SINGLE ORIGIN COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION


This subscription can be purchased as a 12-month WORLD TREK or as one of three 4 month CONTINENT TREKS.

The single origins are selected from a range of high-quality farms, micro-lots, estates and cooperatives from all over the world and we will be journeying to a new location, making our way across the coffee bean belt. The Single Origin roast changes every fortnight, making this a good option for subscribers who would like to try something different on a regular basis and learn more about coffee regions and the flavours they produce.

HOW MUCH COFFEE SHOULD I ORDER? 

The amount of coffee needed when purchasing a coffee subscription depends on your personal preference, brew method, recipe, and the frequency of delivery.

We offer different bag sizes, 250g, 500g, and 1kg. See the table below for a reference of average serves according to the brew method. 

* Please note that numbers in the table are indications and are based on Crema Coffee Garages suggested recipes and ratios.

SIGN UP FOR A COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION


We make our subscriptions completely flexible to suit your needs, from how often you would like to receive a delivery to the type of grind you require and includes delivery to anywhere in Australia.

Our default shipping day is every second Tuesday, on the same week as our single-origin release, however, we can arrange shipping of your delivery to a schedule that suits you! To sign up for a Premium Coffee Subscription, you will need to:

1.Tell us which coffee option you would like – Black Caviar, Montezuma (Fairtrade Organic) or Casata Decaf (Swiss Water Decaffeinated).
2. Tell us how much coffee you would like to receive fortnightly - 250g, 500g and 1kg
3.Choose if you want whole beans or ground coffee, and if ground what you need it ground for: espresso machine, Aeropress, Stove Top, Pour Over, Plunger, Siphon, or other brew methods.
4.Provide your delivery details and payment details, and you're done! Once we've received your order we'll get in contact with you to set up the recurring payment, so you know real people are making the payments for you on our end.

Shipping Rate We have a flat shipping fee of $9.90AUD which covers shipping Australia wide.

Free Shipping Policy Free shipping applies to orders that include 1kg of coffee (this is a total, so your order could include 2x 500g bags of coffee or 4x 250g bags of coffee, etc. but total on the order must be 1kg) AND the order comes to $60.00 or more. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to some locations.

Australian delivery is available to all areas via Australia Post. Crema Coffee Garage posts all orders within 1 - 2 business days of ordering ‘In Stock’ items. Items not in stock at time of ordering will ship within 1 - 2 business days of arriving at out warehouse.

Australian delivery times may vary depending on where you live as well as the demand on the Australia Post network. Most Australia Post deliveries arrive within five business days of the shipping date. Please contact us at [email protected] for details of any delivery not received within seven days of order confirmation.

Outside of Australia We do not ship outside of Australia. If you have any questions about international delivery, please email us at [email protected].

Order containing multiple items may be shipped from multiple locations, which means you may receive multiple deliveries. 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid, including warranty claims.

All warranty claims must be returned to the store of purchase for assessment prior to issuing a replacement or refund.
