The Crema Cold Brew is a new edition blend inspired by our favourite cold summer time treats and sweets but can be enjoyed year-round!
This special coffee is sweet nostalgia in a cup for coffee lovers, using a mixture of freshly roasted coffee sourced from across the bean belt and was tailor-made with cold-brewed coffee in mind.
Why Drink Cold Brew Coffee?
Brewing coffee in cold water produces a much less acidic coffee (up to 67% less acidic) so it is great for coffee lovers with stomach or digestion problems.
All you need is some freshly ground coffee, filtered water, a container to brew in (we recommend the Toddy Cold Brew System) and time. Coffee is steeped in cold water for 8-12 hours, filter out the grounds and you have a delicious, syrupy, sweet coffee ready to drink.
Add milk or water to taste with ice or drink it straight over ice. Or add hot water or milk for a hot beverage.
We recommend a ratio of 1:4 (250g ground coffee to 1 Ltr cold filtered water).

- Add a vanilla pod when brewing

THE BEST WAYS TO ENJOY COLD BREW BLEND
NOTE: Whole beans will be optimal for use up to 6 weeks from the roast date if kept properly. See our blog on coffee storage for more information. If you choose to get your beans ground when you purchase them, the flavour may deteriorate quickly and should be used within the first week or two after purchase.

Shipping Rate We have a flat shipping fee of $9.90AUD which covers shipping Australia wide.
Free Shipping Policy Free shipping applies to orders that include 1kg of coffee (this is a total, so your order could include 2x 500g bags of coffee or 4x 250g bags of coffee, etc. but total on the order must be 1kg) AND the order comes to $60.00 or more. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to some locations.
Australian delivery is available to all areas via Australia Post. Crema Coffee Garage posts all orders within 1 - 2 business days of ordering ‘In Stock’ items. Items not in stock at time of ordering will ship within 1 - 2 business days of arriving at out warehouse.
Australian delivery times may vary depending on where you live as well as the demand on the Australia Post network. Most Australia Post deliveries arrive within five business days of the shipping date.
