If you’re a coffee customer with Crema Coffee Garage, i.e. you have a regular coffee bean and/or consumables order to go with your office coffee machine, then you are eligible for onsite servicing and repair!

This makes the whole process of maintaining your workplace coffee machine so much easier – all you have to do is book an appointment with the Crema Service Manager at your nearest Crema Coffee Garage and we will take care of the rest!

 

YOU’RE NOT A CREMA COFFEE CUSTOMER?

If you do not order coffee beans or consumables from us, you can still get your machine serviced, you’ll just need to drop it in.

All you have to do is:

-Take your office coffee machine to your nearest Crema Coffee Garage (Brisbane or Newcastle)

-Pay the $99.00 (incl. GST) book-in deposit (this deposit covers the initial labour to diagnose the issue - in case you decide not to go ahead with the service - and comes off the end cost of your repair)

-Wait for Crema Coffee Garage technicians to fix your machine and pick it up when it’s ready
