The Hario Moca Syphon 3 Cup Brews A Perfect Cup of Black Coffee!
The Hario Moca Syphon is a 3 cup alternative brewing product designed to produce delicious and robust black coffee at home. Not only does it taste great, but it’s an entertaining way to make your favourite coffee for your friends and family.
The Hario syphons are easy to use with either the included alcohol burner or the Hario Halogen Beam Heater, and are designed for giving the brewer total control of the ratio, timing and flavour.
There are a few steps to follow, but they are all easy to do! To start brewing you need to:
-Fill the bottom bowl with hot water (this speeds up the boil time).
-Secure the cloth and metal filter in the top chamber using the hook and sit the chamber in the bottom bowl, then start boiling the water.
-Once the water is at boiling point, secure the top chamber to the bottom bowl (make sure it’s sealed), and as air pressure builds inside the chamber it will push the water up through the tube and into the top chamber.
-Once the water has filled the top chamber you can add in your coffee and give it a light stir to saturate the grounds.
-Let this brew for amount 1:30-2mins (give it a quick stir at the 1 min mark) then remove the heat.
-Once the heat is off, stir the coffee as it begins to pass through the filter and into the bottom chamber. You will notice the grounds will form a dome shape, which indicates an even extraction.
-Serve your coffee directly from the bottom chamber- feel free to add a little milk or cold water!

Free Shipping Policy Free shipping applies to orders that include 1kg of coffee (this is a total, so your order could include 2x 500g bags of coffee or 4x 250g bags of coffee, etc. but total on the order must be 1kg) AND the order comes to $60.00 or more. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to some locations.
Australian delivery is available to all areas via Australia Post. Crema Coffee Garage posts all orders within 1 - 2 business days of ordering ‘In Stock’ items. Items not in stock at time of ordering will ship within 1 - 2 business days of arriving at out warehouse.
Australian delivery times may vary depending on where you live as well as the demand on the Australia Post network. Most Australia Post deliveries arrive within five business days of the shipping date.
