About The First Call Roaster Blend

First Call Roasters coffee blend was inspired by Austin Samuel Callachor, the great-grandfather of the owner of Crema Coffee Garage, Tim Peters. Callachor was a tea and coffee merchant based in Sydney in the 1880s, who owned a popular coffee spot in Circular Quay called First Call.

This historic legacy, founded in the 19th-century enlightenment driven by Sydney’s coffee palaces, inspired Crema Garage to produce a premium quality coffee that was smooth, rich and evoked luxury in every sip.

The blend features a medium to full body with a light citrus acidity. It produces a smooth easy-drinking espresso that performs beautifully black or with milk. First Call Roasters blend fills the palate with notes of toffee, sweet spices and rich dark chocolate.
