If you already have a water system installed-you can put the IN1218-2K inline after your existing system to reduce TH. The special blend of softening resins reduces TH by around 90% whilst maintaining an ideal PH for espresso. Based on a moderate hardness & normal household use this filter will usually last 12 months. Four TH test strips are included with the kit to help monitor filter performance during the first filter use to gauge an ideal change over period. Kit includes - Filter, 1 metre of Poly 1/4 food grade hose, mounting bracket and 4 TH test strips

Shipping Rate We have a flat shipping fee of $9.90AUD which covers shipping Australia wide.

Free Shipping Policy Free shipping applies to orders that include 1kg of coffee (this is a total, so your order could include 2x 500g bags of coffee or 4x 250g bags of coffee, etc. but total on the order must be 1kg) AND the order comes to $60.00 or more. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to some locations.

Australian delivery is available to all areas via Australia Post. Crema Coffee Garage posts all orders within 1 - 2 business days of ordering ‘In Stock’ items. Items not in stock at time of ordering will ship within 1 - 2 business days of arriving at out warehouse.

Australian delivery times may vary depending on where you live as well as the demand on the Australia Post network. Most Australia Post deliveries arrive within five business days of the shipping date. Please contact us at [email protected] for details of any delivery not received within seven days of order confirmation.

Outside of Australia We do not ship outside of Australia. If you have any questions about international delivery, please email us at [email protected].

Order containing multiple items may be shipped from multiple locations, which means you may receive multiple deliveries. 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid, including warranty claims.

All warranty claims must be returned to the store of purchase for assessment prior to issuing a replacement or refund.
